IOCA UK End of Season Championships 2026
The End of Season Championships 2026 are being held at Poole Yacht Club.
The EoS 26 is a ranking event for Main Fleet.

Vehicle and road trailer parking
Parking for both vehicles and boat road trailers is in the Poole Port Authority parking approximately 100 metres from Poole Yacht Club. Vehiches to be unloaded in the carpark and boats to be walked to PYC. IOCA and PYC have negotiated a reduced parking ticket price which has to be purchased in advance and no later than 5.00pm on Friday 2 October, via ticket below. This is enable IOCA to provide a list of booked parking tickets to PYC.

Making an entry checklist
Please take time to ensure you read this checklist prior to making an entry.
- Prior to entering, please check that your membership details are up to date names, address, dates of birth (including the parent so that the system can recognise any adult), medical conditions, dietary requirements, telephone number and email address and sailing club not coach.
- When making an entry for your sailor, if you have difficulty then please contact IOCA Admin by WhatsApp 07871 198163 or email admin@optimist.org.uk prior to entering the event because although it can be amended later, it would be easier to help before you enter.
- ASAP before registration please contact IOCA Admin to let us know of sail changes. If necessary, this can still happen at registration, but to save time it is easier to change as many as possible in advance.
- If you notice any errors, thus ensuring the correct information is pulled through for prizes (these may include having entered yourself not your sailor, an incorrect date of birth or gender of sailor), please please contact IOCA Admin asap so that the details can be changed in advance of the event.
Please also complete this Google link to ensure that the emergency contact of the person who will be present at the event is up to date and correct (this needs to be the parent present at the event or Loco Parentis Guardian).
Any last-minute changes no problem, just let us know:
If your sailor has any changes that we need to be aware of such as medical condition, a change to the name of the parent or loco parentis present or change of sail number etc, please do call or WhatsApp 07871 198163 or email admin@optimist.org.uk so that the correct medical details or emergency contacts are noted for the event.
