Development Squad Training 4- whole non wpt fleet

This event is open primarily to any NON Winter performance Training participant who is sailing in main fleet or regatta racing at the national and regional regatta's. WPT participants will be given the opportunity to partake only if there remains available spaces closer to the time of the event.

The Development Squad winter training plan is to improve sailors confidence on the water though work on boat handling, speed, tactical decision making and reflective thinking through a range of conditions as as they present.

This event at Rutland water is aimed to continue the skills that your sailors have been developing both at club, regional and previous Development Squad weekends while additionally to act as a calibration weekend ahead of the spring championships while allowing a little time for fine tuning ahead of junior squad selections at the IOCA Springs in Torbay in March.
