Winter Development Squad training 2. Coaches include Duncan Gregor,Sanit Sesta, Florence Brellisford and Gwen Sargent. Coaching ratio 6:1.

This event is open primarily to any Non Winter performance Training participant who is sailing in main fleet or regatta racing at the national and regional regatta's. WPT participants will be given the opportunity to partake only if there remains available spaces closer to the time of the event.

The Development Squad winter training plan is to improve sailors confidence on the water though work on boat handling, speed, tactical decision making and reflective thinking through a range of conditions as as they present.
